My Girls

Aren't these girls so beautiful! We had a photo shoot last week, and this first picture is the one pose that I really wanted of my girls. This one is my favorite, and it was NOT easy to get it. There are probably 100 shots with tears and grumpy faces and my hands detaching Reagan from Abbi's hair. But we got one, and I Love it. Karen is fantastic for putting up with all of the craziness that is 4 girls, and for being an awesome photographer!

Reagan Rose

We had our cute little babes last week. Reagan was born on August 28th, a day AFTER my birthday! The doctor asked if I wanted to be induced on the 27th, and I said I would wait until Monday the 30th. (the day I was supposed to get induced) He was super nice and told me I could get induced the next day instead if I wanted to. So, I was induced on Saturday. (Yeah for me)

Everything went really well. I had to have penicillin for a few hours before the nurses would really pump up the pitocin, but once Dr. Judd broke my water I had her within an hour and 3 pushes.

She was 8lbs 6 oz. and 20 inches long with a perfectly round head...so pretty! We had a tricky time choosing a name because I was set on Olivia for the past few months, but I didn't think she looked like an Olivia when she was born. We both liked the name Reagan, and Andy was cute and let me decide which name she should have. So, after looking at her for a few days I liked Reagan (pronounced Reegan) better. So her name is Reagan Rose Barron, and the girls and Andy call her both Reagan and Rosepetal.

The Joovy Ultralight Caboose.... sigh!

I love these girls! There was a certain stroller that I was wanting because we have a piece of junk stroller, and these three gave me this little beauty!!! I can't thank them enough!

Andy tried to get in there and help with the assembly, but they just nudged him aside and did it themselves. It was pretty funny.

Welcome to Second grade!

School's in and Abbi is excited about it! She was okay to take a picture in front of our house, but when we got to the school this was the only shot I could get of my second grader.

She was so "in love" with this outfit I just couldn't say no. Selena Gomez is her favorite everything! I'm not a huge fan of character shoes, shirts, etc, but she's so diehard for the girl I caved. Reese wanted the same outfit, but I put my foot down on that one.

Being pregnant in the summer was a bit exhausting at times, and Andy was so great about taking the girls places and doing the "girlie" things when I wasn't up to it.

Now the girls ask daddy to paint their nails before they ask me...He doesn't know how he feels about that.

Reese learned to ride her bike with no training wheels! She was ready a while ago, but was afraid until Wednesday when her friend came over riding her bike with NO training wheels.

So Thursday we took them off and she has done great! The first day she needed help starting, but the next day she figured out how to start and stop on her own and she has been unstoppable since.

Family Reunion

Last week we had Andy's family stay with us for a family reunion. We had so much fun, and did a few things that our family has never done. There are a billion pictures, but I had to get a few from each day. Monday we went to Bridal Veil falls and Park City, Tuesday to the Young Living farm, Wednesday we hiked the Grotto trail to a very cool waterfall, Thursday we went swimming, and Friday we went to the Bean museum and to the park.
