We LOVE, LOVE, LOVED this day!! We had heard about Discovery Gateway, but had not enjoyed the fun until last week. This place was 2 giant floors of action packed kid stuff. A place where kids are encouraged to touch EVERYTHING. On the first floor there are rooms where everything is made in minature like this grocery store, a house, a construction zone, a farm, a gas station, and way more stuff. Then on the second floor there are blocks, the media zone, a "play room" like where you can make your own play, or create a comic strip. Then there are magnets, blocks, etc, etc. The list goes on.
I can't say enough good things about this place. Abbi told me while we were there, "This is the most fun I have ever had in my entire life!"
Then to really top off the day we went to a friends house on the way home and stayed for a few hours. Being a kid Rocks!!!
